1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all original accessories.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our official support channels with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Method

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are processed through one of the following methods:

  • Cash refund upon item pickup
  • Bank transfer after the returned item is inspected and approved

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of products are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Custom or made-to-order items

5. Return Shipping

We will arrange for item pickup where applicable. In some cases, you may be asked to send the item back through a designated courier. Instructions will be provided during the return process.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once an order is out for delivery, it can only be returned after receipt, following the process above.
