We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment and delivery method. You will be required to make the full payment in cash at the time your order is delivered.
2. Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local conditions, and order volume, but we aim to deliver most orders within 3–7 business days.
3. Shipping Availability
We currently deliver to selected regions. If your area is outside our delivery zone, you will be informed during the checkout process.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with the estimated delivery date. Our delivery team will also contact you prior to arrival to ensure a smooth handover.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Multiple missed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of your order.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that appears damaged or is missing items, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
7. Delivery Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly stated at the time of checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms.
